Prizes

Thanks to the support of our generous partners and prize providers, we once again have a generous prize pool.

This year, our Editors Choice prizes and Weekly Draw Prizes have been provided by Camera & Camera in conjunction with Olympus.

Each week The College Herald’s Editor will select 20 submissions for publication.

  • Editor’s Choice Award will win the student a Olympus SP-600UZ Digital Camera (15x wide angle zoom, 14MP, 3.00” LCD, HD movie, SD memory card) plus $500 for their school.
  • The remaining 19 students will receive a $100 JB HiFi voucher.

In addition there is a weekly prize draw from all submissions whether published or not.

  • One student will receive a Olympus mju-5010 Digital Camera (5x wide angle zoom, 14MP, 2.77” LCD, HD movie, SD memory card)
  • All winners will be notified by post. The $100 JB HiFi voucher prizes will be awarded each week. The Editor’s Choice Award prize for each week will be invited to a prize-giving ceremony held at the conclusion of the competition, where their prizes will be presented.
